Scope
Accommodating a second vendor
The business secured an integration with a second rental vendor. This meant the claimant flow had to fundamentally shift from assigning a car to allowing the customer to choose between two vendors. We had an extremely tight timeframe to design an interface that presented both options equally while helping the user make an informed decision.
Rapid iteration under pressure
Working under a strict deadline required decisive action and close collaboration with development.
Task flows to wireframes
I began with rapid task flows to map the new logic, immediately translating those into wireframes to review with the dev team for technical feasibility.
Leveraging the system
To meet the deadline, I leaned heavily on the existing Design System, utilizing established components to speed up the high-fidelity design phase.
Equitable vendor comparison
I revised the coreflow and layout to present Enterprise alongside Hertz. The UI was carefully balanced to present both vendors equally, while utilizing clear typography and layout spacing to highlight the distinct differences between them, empowering the claimant to choose the best fit for their needs.

Expanding the illustration library
To support the new UI requirements and vendor options, I once again utilized Adobe Illustrator to hand-draw a new, distinct custom vehicle to complement the red sedan from the 1.0 release, ensuring visual consistency across the newly expanded platform.
