Ciao! I'm Gina.

I'm a product design leader and UX strategist with over a decade of experience navigating and unifying complex enterprise ecosystems.

Beyond the interface

Translating enterprise complexity into human clarity

My approach to digital product design is deeply rooted in my background as an industrial designer: I don't just push pixels; I engineer scalable systems.

From translating highly technical command-line interfaces into intuitive dashboards, to orchestrating the vision for global enterprise platforms, I believe the best products are built at the exact intersection of rigorous architecture, cross-functional trust, and deep human empathy.

The Difference

Designing for scale. Engineered for impact.

Ikonik Icon

Systems-level architecture

I don't design isolated screens; I map the entire ecosystem. I specialize in breaking down organizational silos to unify fragmented legacy tools into cohesive, scalable platforms

Ikonik Icon

Technical translation

I thrive in deeply technical environments. I bridge the language gap between complex backend engineering realities and intuitive, human-centered front-end experiences.

Ikonik Icon

Physical-to-digital expertise

With a Master's in Industrial Design, my foundation is built on physical ergonomics and material realities. I bring that same structural rigor and holistic user psychology to digital interfaces.

Ikonik Icon

Cross-functional leadership

True UX strategy happens outside of Figma. I build alignment by facilitating workshops, establishing design governance, and proving the business value of user-centric design to executive stakeholders.

Behind the SCREENS

Digital brain, analog heart

Dolce far niente

I’m fluent in Italian and travel back often to recharge. For me, Italy is a reminder that while I design digital systems, the best 'user experiences' are analog—usually found around a dinner table with proper espresso and good company.

Analog creator

I blend my background in physical design with my love for felines through my cat art business, Gato Designs TX. Creating custom artwork, illustrations, and stickers allows me to bring a bit of analog, hands-on joy into a highly digital world.

Manager of the fluff beasts

My home base in the Austin area is co-managed by a very vocal mix of rescue dogs and cats. They are terrible at wireframing, but excellent at enforcing mandatory screen breaks.
