Responsible for researching, planning, and producing holistic experience concepts across various product lines, to optimize the user experiences and drive design direction based on user insights and business goals. As a recognized internal authority, I develop organization-wide experience architectures and provide technical leadership for complex projects while influencing executive decisions and mentoring junior designers.

Leadership & Strategy: Directed DesignOps initiatives and led the strategy work for all of the Unified Support Experiences on HPE GreenLake, which defined both the north star/vision and short-term goals, and was revised and presented to executive leadership in 2022, 2023, and 2024.
0 -> 1 : Launched HPE GreenLake Support Hub with search from concept to GA, and transformed the Private Cloud Enterprise Dedicated Platform Admin UI (from CLI/TUI to GUI)

Senior Product Designer

2018 – 2021 ✧ Dunwoody, GA

Lead Product Designer responsible for crafting end-to-end user experiences for high-traffic web and mobile applications within the Claims Suite, including Emergency Roadside Services and Rental Self-Service. I collaborated with cross-functional Agile teams to translate complex business requirements into intuitive, scalable design solutions that significantly improved customer satisfaction and digital adoption.

Leadership & 0 -> 1: Led the end-to-end design of the "Repair Assistant" web experience, driving increased usage of certified shops and customer trust.
Systems Design: Created 20+ scalable design patterns to facilitate the migration of 1,200+ web pages to a new design system .
Impact Metrics: Redesigned the ERS web app, boosting completion rates from 25% to 70% and CSAT scores from 70% to 95%.
Innovation: Launched the first digital rental request capability for claimants, capturing 30% of total rental request volume and significantly reducing call center costs.
High Performance: Achieved a 95.8% CSAT for the Rental Self-Service web app, the highest score across the entire Claims Suite.

Systems-IT Graduate Student Intern

2016 – 2018 ✧ U of I Research Park, Champaign, IL

As a UX Design Intern within the Research and Development Center, I worked on diverse projects ranging from mobile app design to virtual reality and 3D modeling. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to prototype and test innovative solutions, gaining hands-on experience in agile development and user-centered design principles.

Innovation: Finalist in the 2017 State Farm Hack Day for a Virtual Reality project, demonstrating early aptitude for emerging technologies.
3D-Design: Contributed to 3D modeling and printing initiatives, leveraging skills in Autodesk Fusion 360 to support R&D projects.
Collaboration: Partnered with developers and other interns to execute team-based projects, fostering a collaborative environment.
Mentorship: Assisted in mentoring 11-15 year olf girls as part of the "Millenium Girls" program, in addition to creating posters for the event.
